Business Analyst

-Gather and document business and functional requirements. -Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs. -Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows. -Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. -Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements. -Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning. -Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports. -Track requirements and help ensure project deliverables meet business expectations. -Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and requirement validation. -Maintain clear and organized project documentation.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. -0–1 year of experience in Business Analysis or a related role. -Good analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Basic understanding of software development processes. -Familiarity with requirements gathering and documentation. -Basic knowledge of MS Excel. -Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

-Knowledge of SQL or basic database concepts. -Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management tools. -Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. -Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data-visualization tools. -Internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis is a plus.
