Job summary
Financial Analyst responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including PO and Non-PO invoice processing, invoice reconciliation, vendor management, payment queries, and vendor statement reconciliation. The role requires strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems, accruals, AP controls, and stakeholder management. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Noida for candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations
- Process and reconcile PO & Non-PO invoices
- Handle vendor management & payment queries
- Perform vendor statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft
- Manage EDI invoicing processes
- Support accruals, AP controls, and payment processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth AP operations
Required qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or CA Inter.
- Hands-on experience with PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
- Experience in invoice and vendor statement reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and payment processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Knowledge of accruals, AP controls, and discrepancy resolution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with EDI invoicing.
- Experience handling high-volume invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and international vendors.
- Prior experience in a shared services, finance operations, or BPO environment.
